2014
Sorted PRO
With £1.5m investment, David Grimes develops Sorted PRO.
2015
Sorted PRO launch
The commercial launch of the PRO product targeting enterprise-level and mid-tier UK retailers. £0.9m investment is added.
2016
Client win - Dyson
With a further £3.2m investment, Sorted wins its first enterprise-level client in Dyson, and moves into bigger office space.
2017
Sorted HERO
Our headcount doubles and we receive £5m more investment. Dyson uses PRO overseas, and HERO is launched.
2018
Sorted REACT
By the end of 2018, Sorted is trading in the US and Australia. Our platform is used in 12 countries. REACT is launched and investment reaches £22m.
2019
New partnerships
New investors add £15m of Series B funding. New partnerships include ASOS and Farfetch.
2020
Transformation
Our technology is proven, our brand is established. Next step: UK market penetration for rapid expansion. Boohoo and JD Sports are onboard.
2021
Clicksit acquisition
Secured £21.7m funding at £79m pre-money valuation. Strategic acquisition of Clicksit. M&S and Lovehoney join as enterprise customers.
2022
Sorted Return
Launch of Sorted Return on Shopify in US & UK markets. Peak performance handles 10.8 million shipments at 99.99% availability. Boden, Signet and B&Q join as enterprise customers.
2023
Strategic shift
Enhanced Delivery Experience Platform capabilities. Strategic focus shifts to helping retailers reduce delivery performance costs and optimise returns management in ecommerce.
2024
AIM listed
Location Sciences Group acquires Sorted. Company transitions to AIM trading as Sorted Group Holdings PLC. Returns business is sold to focus on core capabilities and high-volume upper tier retailers.
